To maintain this compliance and protect every member organization and individual present, the following subjects MUST NOT BE DISCUSSED OR SHARED, as doing so could be construed as anti-competitive behavior:

•  PRICING: Do not discuss current, or future prices, pricing changes, discounts, rebated, credit terms, or any components of the pricing structure of your products or services.
•  MARKET ALLOCATION: Do not discuss agreements to divide markets, allocate customers, or assign territories.
• PRODUCTION/OUTPUT: Do not discuss agreements to limit or coordinate production levels, product capacity or output.
•  COMPETITIVE SENSITIVE INFORMATION: Avoid sharing any other proprietary, confidential, or competitively sensitive information that could impact competition in the marketplace.
• CONCERTED REFUSAL TO DEAL: Do not discuss boycotting or refusing to do business with specific suppliers, customers or competitors.

Discussion of these topics, even informally, can lead to severe penalties, including substantial fines for the association and member companies, as well as potential criminal charges and imprisonment for individuals involved.
