Herb Depenau has five years experience in the self storage industry and has been the Manager of Storage Locker in Memphis, TN for the past eight months.
When he took over management of this property Herb and his team immediately went to work improving curb appeal and addressing maintenance issues that had been previously overlooked.
Occupancy has increased 34% in the past eight months. Marketing efforts have also increased dramatically as he is focusing on making good business relationships and investing time with local charity groups.
