Determining the right security options for your facility and putting them into practice can seem like a big task. Putting the right measures into place could save you from a headache and insurance claims in the future. Some security measures may even result in reduced commercial insurance premiums. Hear suggestions from Jeff Palmer of the Knoxville Sheriffs Office and Hector Zeno with U-Haul (former City of Hollywood FL Police Department Detective assigned to the Federal Drug Task Force).

 

Also, we will be addressing questions about the new Limited License requirement for the sale of Tenant Insurace.  Does the license imply that facilities are providing a professional service which results in a Professional Liability risk to your operations?
